In our comfortably furnished one-level house, with garden and fenced property located in the center of the Var, 45 km northwest of Saint-Tropez, I offer separate guest rooms with a beautiful view of the wooded hillside of Le Luc en Provence.
Halfway between Nice and Marseille, with easy access to the A8 highway, the most beautiful sites of the French Riviera and Provence are quickly accessible.
You will be able to easily organize your visit thanks to the three nearby airports: Nice/Côte d'Azur (NCE), Marseille/Provence (MRS) and Toulon/Hyères (TLN).
In addition, the nearest TGV station, Les Arcs/Draguignan, is only 18 km away.

We have two very small dogs living with us in the house. They are well-behaved and clean. Therefore, we are unfortunately unable to accept any other pets.
Mario speaks English, French and Italian, and Eric speaks English, German and French. We look forward to welcoming you soon.

All rooms have very comfortable beds with memory cold foam mattresses and point elastic plate slatted frames.
All rooms are equipped with fans and portable air conditioners. It can get very warm during the day in summer. However, the nights are always cool, so you can sleep well.

The morning begins with the small French breakfast, which is included in the price.

The guest rooms are exclusively reserved for the clients. Naturally, towels, bed linen, shower gel, etc. are available. The bathroom, toilet, kitchen, living room, terrace and garden are shared.
In the garden there are several sitting areas and sun loungers, an additional outdoor shower and a Jacuzzi for 1 to 4 friends. In July and August a small pool is added.
Naturism / clothing optional is welcome in the house, garden, jacuzzi and pool, but not a condition.
Everyone is free to be clothed or nude, but must accept the preferences of others.
Le Coco Loco is LGBTQIA+ friendly.

The online calendar is updated regularly. Often there are still short term free dates that were previously blocked. Short-term bookings are still possible even on the day of arrival!

The times for check-in we agree by arrangement. You can pay in cash, by credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay or by bank transfer or Paypal in advance.
